1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pkrapp" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pkrapp.bet, including all associated mobile applications, software, and services offered thereunder.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to pkrapp and its operating entity, acting as the platform operator under an international gaming licence.
• "You", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the pkrapp platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on pkrapp, through which you access gaming services and manage PKR funds.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in your pkrapp account, inclusive of deposited funds and any bonus credits where applicable.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pkrapp platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkrapp platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

pkrapp reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason consistent with applicable law, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or residence in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register a pkrapp account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkrapp strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Underage gambling is prohibited and any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, with all associated funds forfeited.
• You are registering for personal, recreational use only and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or organisation.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended pkrapp account. Only one account per person, household, device, and IP address is permitted.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing pkrapp is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pkrapp or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account termination.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkrapp account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. pkrapp will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify pkrapp immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. pkrapp will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

• Do not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Do not access pkrapp from shared or public computers without logging out and clearing session data after each use.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection — this feature is available in your Account Security settings.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other website or service.

pkrapp employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. However, no security system is entirely infallible, and pkrapp does not warrant that the platform is free from all potential security vulnerabilities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pkrapp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkrapp supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are generally processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. pkrapp does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC identity verification before processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours from approval. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus balance must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed from the corresponding deposit.
• pkrapp reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request exceeding PKR 100,000 within a 30-day period.
• Deposits made using fraudulent payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any associated winnings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pkrapp may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general bonus terms.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant offer terms.
• Maximum bet rule: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet permitted is PKR 500 or equivalent per spin/round unless otherwise stated. Wagers exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pkrapp reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular play, or breach of these terms.

7 Gaming Rules

All games offered on pkrapp — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules accessible from within each game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics only.

pkrapp's casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for all slot titles within the game information panel.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds for that wager.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pkrapp reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's account.
• Bets placed on events or outcomes that have already been determined at the time of placement — whether due to system error, feed delay, or player exploitation — will be voided and stakes returned.
• pkrapp reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or betting event without prior notice for technical, regulatory, or operational reasons.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrapp platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools designed to interact with pkrapp without human input.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported immediately and may be reversed.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live games, or any competitive game format offered on pkrapp.
• Money laundering, using pkrapp to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits after gaming activity has taken place using those funds.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing pkrapp from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or organised sports betting fraud.

9 Responsible Gaming

pkrapp is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should remain a source of entertainment and never become a financial burden or personal harm. pkrapp provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at no cost from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkrapp platform — including but not limited to the pkrapp brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkrapp or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkrapp platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any pkrapp content without our express prior written consent.

The game content available on pkrapp, including slot titles, live casino products, and sports data feeds, is licensed from third-party software providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective provider.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkrapp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of gaming services due to technical failure, maintenance, or regulatory requirements.
• Any inaccuracy in game results, odds, or payout calculations arising from third-party software or data feed errors beyond pkrapp's reasonable control.
• Financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, which is inherently a risk-bearing activity accepted by you upon registration.

pkrapp's total cumulative liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall in no event exceed the total amount of PKR funds deposited by you into your pkrapp account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pkrapp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pkrapp will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised terms take effect.

Your continued use of the pkrapp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC verification.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrapp holds its international gaming licence. pkrapp operates under a valid international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the issuing authority.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be conducted exclusively in the jurisdiction specified under our international gaming licence, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for such purposes.
